You can reschedule or cancel a booked pickup slot without any penalty up to 30 minutes before the scheduled time window via WhatsApp or our customer care number (+91-7892240243).
If you are not 100% satisfied with the cleanliness, stain removal, or steam iron finish on any delivered item, notify us within 24 hours of delivery. We will pick up the item and re-clean or re-iron it 100% free of charge.
In cases where a prepaid charge was processed and service could not be fulfilled, refunds are initiated back to the original payment method within 3 to 5 banking business days.
